BETWEEN S U Z A N N E AND...
This spring we're saying bye-bye to pre-wedding stress! Let's unwind and feel good in between catered tastings thanks to the Fit'BalletThis discipline creates a link between Fitness and Classical Dance by combining the strengthening movements of Fitness with the graceful gestures of Ballet... Accessible to all levels!
For the occasion, we created the Fit'Ballet Wedding Club.
The meeting of our two brands has given rise to the perfect Fit'Ballerina kit, which includes 3 hair clips, a silk scrunchie and 1 month's subscription to the Fit'Ballet online platform with unlimited access, enough to feel beautiful and well-styled for the wedding season.
A little extra for the bride: a 15% discount on the hair accessory of her choice available on the S U Z A N N E Ceremony e-shop...
So, to celebrate this new collaboration, we interviewed Octavie Escure, who took part in the Femme Suzanne Q&A ;-)

BETWEEN S U Z A N N E AND OCTAVIE ESCURE :
Octavie Escure, FOUNDER OF FIT'BALLET
Fit'Ballet combines the benefits of fitness with the grace and discipline of ballet, offering a complete approach to physical and mental well-being. Its unique blend of cardio, muscle-strengthening and stretching exercises makes it both effective and elegant, suitable for all levels.
As Jack Dawson would say in Titanic "Enjoy every moment, as if it were your last."
My daily inspiration as a business owner lies in my students, seeing them evolve, rethinking exercises for them, creating new ones, and continuing to open the doors of Fit'Ballet for those who ask me, again and again.
Excellence: Aspire to provide courses of the highest quality, with competent coaches and a welcoming, motivating atmosphere.
Commitment: Commit to my Fit'ballerinas by listening to their needs and creating a dynamic, supportive community.
Innovation: Stay at the forefront by developing new programs and offering a unique experience to all classical dance lovers who come through our studio doors.
The truth is that I try not to think about anything, and I'm surprisingly good at it. These frequent moments of "rest" in my day are incredibly beneficial, allowing me to return to work with renewed energy and incomparable clarity of mind.
Spice Girls, Say you'll be there
I've never liked asking for specific gifts, which can sometimes make my partner desperate, as he doesn't always make the best choices. In general, I don't necessarily have a dream gift either. If I want something and it's possible, I try to buy it myself! But I'm realizing that I'm becoming less and less content, and sometimes an unexpected gesture means more than any material gift.
I laugh a lot! It's my favorite way to work my abs! So I couldn't really pick a specific moment from the last few days... My latest giggles might include watching The Voice with my best friend, another at the hairdresser's with my cousin when she was rinsing my hair at the ferry, and another at tennis with my boyfriend on the way to see our son play. It's all very simple, but very funny! Well, I'm a good audience, of course!
I don't really have a hair ritual. The only thing I try to do is keep it as loose as possible when I'm not in class. In fact, it's very often tied up in a bun or banana during my classes, which is the majority of the time! So, whenever possible, I try to leave them loose so as not to damage them too much.
