The present General Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rules applicable in the context of the sale of products marketed on the Site  www.suzanne-ceremony.com

The terms and conditions listed below apply to all orders placed with the Ltd. S U Z A n n E for all the products and services offered on the Site www.suzanne-ceremony.com. They are permanently accessible on the Site and can be adapted or modified at any time by the S. A. a n n E. The version of the GTC applicable to any transaction being that appearing online on the Site www.suzanne-ceremony.com At the time of the order.

They are available in French and English as is the Site and are addressed to the customer who undertakes to fully adhere to the GCS in force at the time of payment of his online order by ticking the box to this effect.

 

 CUSTOMER AND PERSONAL DATA

 

When ordering, the customer agrees to provide correct information for the delivery and billing of the products. In the event of an error on the details given by the customer, the Site will not be responsible for any delay or inability to deliver.

 PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS

 The products sold on the Site are products of high finish produced by hand in the workshops of each of the creators. So each product is unique. Several products of the same reference may therefore have small differences. Some models are produced in 1 copy.

The products sold are those present and described on the site on the day when the customer visits the site according to the stock.

The Site undertakes to specify the details of each product and to put as much information as possible on the products in order to inform the customer best.

Gift Cards : A gift card with a preset amount to select can be ordered instead or in addition to a specific product.

Its validity is 12 months from the day of its purchase and is valid only on the site www.suzanne-ceremony.com.

It can be sent by mail to a valid delivery address in an elegant packaging or be sent by e-mail to the recipient of your choice accompanied in both cases of a personalized message.

The gift card will be sent to the address indicated by the purchaser at the time of the order, be it mail or electronic.

The Site S U Z A N N E Ceremony is not responsible if the gift card is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the purchaser.

The gift card S U Z A N N E Ceremony is available in cuts of 25, 30, 50, 150, 200, 250 Euros.

The gift card S U Z A N N E Ceremony can be used for one or more purchases until the value is exhausted. It can be used as a partial payment of a higher value purchase.

If however the amount of the basket is lower than the card, once the transaction is validated, the site creates a new discount code corresponding to the difference so that the customer can use the value of his gift card until exhausted. If you have multiple gift cards S U Z A N N E Ceremony, the codes are automatically cumulative.

Orders made by gift card can be returned; The amount of the returned merchandise may be re-accredited on the gift card or used for a merchandise exchange. (Please refer to the chapter reception of the order, claims, returns and exchanges for the details of the exchange of products).

 The codes associated with the gift cards of the Site S U Z A N N E Ceremony are anonymous. Therefore, www.suzanne-ceremony.com cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or misuse of the gift cards.

Suzanne-ceremony.com reserves the right to refuse orders made with gift cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.

The orders made with the gift card are subject to the trade policy, the privacy policy and the rules of the Site published on www.suzanne-ceremony.com.

PRICE

All sales prices are quoted in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order) unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

 

The total price of products including VAT, other possible taxes and delivery costs are indicated in the total of the final purchase tunnel.

 

For all non-EU sales, prices do not include taxes, customs charges and import charges that may be payable and will be borne by the customer. These rights and sums do not fall within the purview of the S.a.r.l S U Z A N N E.

 

For international deliveries, delivery costs are always excluded from the sale price unless your shopping cart is greater than or equal to €200 which will result in the shipping costs offered. If not, the shipping costs will be added to the price of the product after you have filled in your delivery address and choose your delivery method.

Our delivery charges for Europe (excluding France) are 18€ for all orders under 200€. 

Our shipping costs for the rest of the world are 32,50€ for any order under 200€.

 The Site reserves the right to change the selling prices at any time but the price debited at the time of an order is that which was indicated at the time of the award of the same order.

ORDER PAYMENT

 

All products are cashed and paid at the time of confirmation of the order for an online purchase or at the time of receipt and cashing of the bank check for a remote purchase. The products remain the property of the company S.a.r.l S U Z A N N E until the full payment of the prize.

 

Payments are made via STRIPE's secure platform, by PAYPAL, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or by bank cheque for French residents made payable to s.a.r.l S U Z A N N E to be sent to the following address: S U Z A N N E Ceremony, 10 Bis rue des Genévriers, 66000 Perpignan.

In the case of payment by credit card, the customer acknowledges the communication of the numbers of his credit card of payment in order to authorise the payment of the ordered products.

We accept the cards CB, Visa, MasterCard.

All transactions made on our site are secure, this data is encrypted HTTPS.

Depending on your bank, your payment may be subject to a 3d secure check.

The recorded information kept by the Site is proof of order and payment via the stripe payment platform.

Any order appearing on the website www.suzanne-ceremony.com Implies adherence to these GTC. Any order confirmation Entrains your full and complete adherence to these GTC, without exception or reservation.

A summary of the information of your order and the progress of the preparation of your order will be communicated to you in PDF format via the e-mail you have filled in to confirm your order.




DELIVERY

 

Delivery is free for all orders over €100 delivered in France, otherwise shipping costs €8.50.

Delivery charges are free for all orders of 200€ or more for a European delivery outside France, .

Delivery charges are free for all orders of 200€ or more for international delivery.

For all orders under 200€ delivered in Europe outside France, delivery costs are 18€.

For all orders under 200€ delivered internationally, the delivery fee is 32,5€.

Deliveries are made by Coliposte or DHL. The site can offer you the cheapest shipping costs but you can in any case choose the delivery method that suits you best.

Delivery times can vary from 48h for deliveries in France up to one week for international deliveries from the time the order is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 2 (two) or 5 (five) days days after they are confirmed. (Working days).

When the order has several products with different preparation times, the delivery time is based on the longest preparation time. In this case, the Site reserves the right to split the delivery and the delivery charges are only charged for one delivery.

S U Z A N N E Ceremony will inform you of the progress of your order by e-mail.


RECEPTION OF THE ORDER, CLAIMS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Receiving the Order:

 

The customer agrees to receive the parcel in the best possible conditions and has a time limit of Two free days from receipt of the parcel to notify the Site of a damaged product or a product that does not suit the customer in order to benefit from a refund or an exchange (excluding customized products made to order). We remind the customer that the dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and the items are properly protected.

 

In case of absence of the customer at his home at the time of delivery of the parcel, it is up to him to contact the carrier to re-plan a delivery by following the instructions on the notice of passage.

 

The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to return a product in order to take advantage of an exchange or a return of product for reimbursement which he has requested beforehand from Suzanne Ceremony. In the latter case, the company, s.a.r.l S U Z A N N E, shall retain the refund until it has received, either the goods subject to the right of withdrawal or the proof of return of the latter, according to which of these events occurs first.

The Site www.suzanne-ceremony.com wishes to bring complete satisfaction to its customers.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of products purchased on the Site, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties. (Excluding customized products made to order).

This right of withdrawal may be exercised for all products provided that the product is in perfect condition, is not carried and is in its entirety (boxes, protections, labels... etc) and in its original packaging accompanied by a copy of the Bill. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised on products which have been the subject of a particular order (products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized).

 

To exercise its right of withdrawal, the customer must send an e-mail to the address [email protected] With the following information:

 

• The indication of its intention to exercise its right of withdrawal under the conditions laid down in articles L. 121-21-8 of the consumer code.
• The indication of the products for which the customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal.
• The order number.

 

 

Exchange:

 

S U Z A N N E Ceremony undertakes to exchange, within 14 days of receipt, any product (except custom-made products) which does not meet your complete satisfaction, provided that the product is in perfect condition, has not been worn and is in its entirety (boxes, protections, labels, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the "RETURN VOUCHER" sent to you by the Site at the time of your complaint for all orders delivered in France and returned from France. For exchanges from abroad, "RETURN VOUCHERS" are not prepaid, but will be reimbursed with proof for all orders under €200.

warning : Shipping charges for returns of international items referring to our free shipping policy for orders greater than €200 are not reimbursed unless your items are defective or your order has been Cancelled under the regulation on distance selling.

The exchange procedure requires first to reimburse the amount paid by the customer by crediting the bank card which will have served as a means of payment for the previous purchase so that the new transaction can be made.

The new order will then be possible within the limit of the stocks available for the products ordered or other.

If, however, the customer wishes an exchange due to a defect in conformity, the replacement product, within the limits of the available stocks, will be sent to the customer without additional transport costs.

If a product sold by S U Z A N N E Ceremony has manufacturing defects, the customer must immediately contact the online support by sending an email to [email protected]  or by mail to the following address:

You may request, within 2 days from the receipt of your order, a return in order to obtain a refund for defective and non-compliant products.

To exercise its right of return, the customer must send an e-mail to the address [email protected] With the following information:

 

• The indication of its intention to exercise its right of return under the conditions laid down in articles L. 121-21-8 of the consumer code.
• The indication of the products for which the customer wishes to return.
• The order number.

 

The product must be returned in perfect condition, not carried, in its entirety (boxes, protections, labels... etc) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

 The shipping costs for the return of the products are free in France.

For trade from abroad, "return vouchers" are not prepaid, but will be reimbursed under proof for all orders below €200.

Upon receipt of your product, and after verification and validation by our quality department, we will proceed to its reimbursement.

S U Z A N N E Ceremony is committed to reimburse the total price of the products provided that they are returned in perfect condition, not carried, in their entirety (boxes, protections, labels... etc) and in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the Bill.

 

S U Z A N N E Ceremony reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet these requirements.

 

S U Z A N N E Ceremony is committed to reimburse the customer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the notification by the customer of the cancellation of the order or the exercise of the right of withdrawal provided that the product has been returned to the Should have already been sent to the customer. The customer will be informed by e-mail that the reimbursement has been made.

Outside the European Union, sales and customs taxes are not reimbursable. You may be able to recover those costs by contacting the Customs office directly.

If a customer wishes to modify or cancel an order already made, he must immediately send an email to [email protected]. This email must be sent before the customer receives confirmation of the shipment of the products by S U Z A N N E Ceremony.

S U Z A n n E Ceremony will make its best efforts to satisfy the customer's request. However, once the product is shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled or altered. The products shipped may nevertheless be returned under the conditions laid down in these GTC.

 

COOKIES

In order to process the customer's order, and in order to better understand its needs and to personalize the services offered on the Site, S U Z A N N E Ceremony makes use of cookies. The cookie is a computer file, stored on the hard disk of the Client's microcomputer which is intended to report its passage on the Site.

The cookies memorize, the customer's visit time on the Site, his identity (known by his e-mail address and password) and the contents of his basket. Once disconnected from the Site, this information is stored for 30 (thirty) days before it is permanently erased.

The customer can object to the registration of the cookies by configuring his Internet browser. He then loses any customization of the service offered to him on the Site.

APPLICABLE LAW

 

These genereal conditions of sales are subject to French law. In the event of any difficulty arising during the order or delivery of the articles of suzanne-ceremony.com, the client will have the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of an association of or any other board of their choice, or to resort to any other alternative dispute resolution method. Any litigation likely to result from the interpretation or execution of these GTC and its suites will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these images, illustrations and logotypes, for any reason and on any medium whatsoever, without the express and prior agreement of suzanne-ceremony.com, is strictly prohibited.
